“Tundra King”

“…This majestic Interior Grizzly boar continually sniffed the air and moved through the hills within range of a sow. Though he kept his distance his scent reached the female from time to time and spooked her momentarily. She would scamper off at a trot for a bit and then stop to smell the wind for his scent, when not finding it she would settle in to graze. This “game” will continue through the summer season until in autumn heightened awareness, size and strength will be the deciding characteristics that will allow this boar to carry on his genes or not. He will encounter many aggressive suitors along the way and will have to prove his prowess daily…”
